Neil is the author of two books that analyse the activities of al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups.
In his first book – Terror Tracker – he predicted the suicide bomb attacks that hit London on 7 July 2005.
His second is called Terror Base UK. Both are published by Mainstream Publishing, which is the non-fiction division of Random House.
